Core: Modified polytetrafluoroethylene improves creep resistance and surface hardness, endowing the lining Sheet with dual advantages of "resistance to long-term pressure + scratch resistance", solving the defects of traditional PTFE that "easy to creep, easy to scratch".
Advantages: Tested by Nanjing Tech University, the deformation is only 0.15% after 2000 hours of continuous operation at 200°C and 0.5MPa pressure (ordinary PTFE Sheets have deformation ≥0.5% after 1000 hours), with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 280°C, holding 3 invention patents and internationally leading process level.

Application Scenarios: Used in long-term pressure equipment (e.g., high-pressure gas storage tanks) and easy-to-scratch equipment (e.g., stirring paddle linings). It has provided solutions for DFDP and Wengfu Group, reducing seal failure problems caused by creep by 80% and penetration risks caused by scratches by 70%.
