Product Introduction

Raw Materials: Aramid/glass fiber/carbon fiber and other fabric backings can be selected according to medium characteristics, combined with modified PTFE resin, realizing "one material for multiple uses" customized design (e.g., weather-resistant, toughened, anti-aging types).
Process: RANA relies on a 9,000㎡ PPT/PPB/PPM-level clean workshop and adopts a "multi-parameter hot-press" process (temperature and pressure dynamically adjusted according to modified formula) to ensure precise bonding of modified PTFE and fabric.

Core: Through flexible combination of "modified resin characteristics + fabric functions", the lining Sheet can specifically solve customer pain points (e.g., UV aging of outdoor equipment, brittle fracture of low-temperature equipment), realizing "problem-oriented" product design.
Advantages: Verified by enterprises such as SMIC and Juhua Co., Ltd., weather-resistant products pass 5000-hour UV aging test without cracking (ordinary Sheets chalk after 1000 hours), and toughened products have elongation at break ≥300% (ordinary Sheets ≤200%), adapting to multiple scenario needs.
