Product Introduction

Raw Materials: Modified PTFE (Daikin M111) resin as the base material, with high-strength glass fiber fabric as the backing. Modified PTFE has better meltability and is easier to bond with fabric.
Process: RANA optimizes the process through "modification-hot-press" (temperature 300°C, pressure 6MPa), utilizing the characteristics of modified PTFE to achieve "deep infiltration" of resin into the fabric.
Core: The combination of "high fluidity" of modified PTFE and "high porosity" of fabric forms a "gap-free" composite structure, significantly improving the composite performance of the lining Sheet.

Advantages: Tested by Shanghai Jiao Tong University for permeability, it shows no penetration after 5 years of immersion in 30% hydrogen peroxide (ordinary PTFE Sheets leak after 2 years), with a peel strength of 6N/cm and a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 280°C (upper limit increased by 20°C after modification).
Application Scenarios: Used in storage and transportation equipment for highly permeable media (e.g., liquid bromine, chlorosulfonic acid). It has provided solutions for DFDP and Juhua Co., Ltd., solving the problem of medium contamination caused by penetration of traditional lining Sheets, with medium purity retention rate ≥99.9%.
