Raw Materials: Modified PTFE resin as the base material, with glass fiber as the backing. Modified PTFE has improved surface energy, enhancing bonding with glass fiber.
Process: RANA forms dual bonding of "chemical bonds + physical bonds" between PTFE and glass fiber through "hot-press melting" process, increasing peel strength to 7N/cm (ordinary modified PTFE Sheets only 4N/cm).

Core: Modified PTFE has an "interface enhancement" effect, solving the problem of insufficient bonding force between traditional PTFE and glass fiber due to surface energy difference, achieving "high bonding + high corrosion resistance" synergistic performance of the lining Sheet.
Advantages: Tested by Nanjing Tech University for corrosion resistance, it shows no peeling after 3 years of immersion in 50% sodium hydroxide solution (ordinary modified Sheets fall off after 1 year), with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 280°C (upper limit increased by 20°C after modification). Holds the invention patent for Manufacturing Process of Large Chemical Equipment and Its Lining Anticorrosive Sheets, and as a qualified supplier of Sinopec, the product has passed ISO 9001 certification, adapting to the long-term storage needs of strong alkaline media (e.g., sodium hydroxide solution in paper mills).

Application Scenarios: Widely used in strong alkaline equipment (e.g., paper cooking pots, printing and dyeing alkali washing tanks) and high-temperature alkali liquid pipes (e.g., alumina plant dissolution liquid delivery pipes).
