The tank adopts a composite structure of 304 stainless steel shell + high-purity PTFE lining, and is specially optimized for the strong corrosiveness and high-purity requirements of electronic-grade sulfuric acid:
Ultra-clean anti-corrosion system: The PTFE lining is professionally pretreated to greatly improve the bonding strength with the 304 steel shell, can withstand long-term immersion in electronic-grade sulfuric acid, and the metal ion precipitation amount is <0.5ppb, which is far better than the 1ppb limit of the national G5 standard. The smooth and non-stick property of PTFE can greatly reduce medium adsorption and residue.
Precision welding process: The tank lining adopts an automatic orbital PFA welding process, with smooth and flat welds, no defects such as welding slag and pores. The welding process uses inert gas protection to avoid impurity generation from high-temperature decomposition of PTFE materials; the welds are tested by spark leak detection with 0 leakage rate, ensuring zero pollution of the stored medium.
Stable operation in a wide temperature range: It can work for a long time in the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, meeting the high and low temperature storage requirements in the production process of electronic chemicals. The tank is designed with a reinforced rib structure, and its impact resistance is improved by 30%, which can adapt to complex industrial environments.

At present, this product has been successfully applied in the high-purity reagent workshops of well-known enterprises such as SMIC and TCL Huaxing, for storing key materials such as sulfuric acid for wafer cleaning and etching solution for photovoltaic cells. In actual production, the tank has been continuously operated for 12 months without corrosion and leakage, effectively ensuring the stability of the production process and product yield.
