Product Introduction

Raw Materials: Solvay ECTFE resin backed with glass fiber cloth, with excellent elongation at break and flexibility, suitable for flexible equipment.
Process: Through "hot-press melting" process (extrusion temperature 260°C), molecular chain arrangement is controlled to make the lining Sheet flexibility and corrosion resistance (bending radius ≤5 times the Sheet thickness without cracking).

Core: The "high flexibility + high corrosion resistance" characteristics of ECTFE make it an ideal lining material for flexible pipes (e.g., corrosion-resistant hoses) and special-shaped equipment (e.g., elbows, tees).
Advantages: Tested by Shanghai Jiao Tong University for flexibility, it shows no cracks at a bending radius of 5 times the Sheet thickness, with a temperature resistance range of -50°C to 150°C. RANA holds over 20 utility model patents and supports customized thickness (0.5-5mm), adapting to multiple scenario needs.

Application Scenarios: Used in flexible pipes (e.g., hydrochloric acid delivery hoses), special-shaped equipment (e.g., reaction kettle manhole cover linings), and movable equipment (e.g., laboratory small storage tanks).
