Raw Materials: DuPont PFA resin (USA), produced in a Class 10,000 clean workshop to ensure high purity of the lining Sheet (adapting to semiconductor-grade needs).
Process: RANA produces in a 9,000㎡ PPB/PPT-level clean workshop and adopts "hot-press melting" process for integral molding, avoiding particle contamination during production and ensuring the cleanliness of the lining Sheet.

Core: The "high purity + high corrosion resistance" characteristics of PFA make it the preferred lining material for semiconductor high-purity equipment, avoiding metal ion contamination of media (e.g., electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide) and ensuring downstream product yield.
Advantages: Verified by SMIC, the metal ion content is ≤0.05ppb after storing electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide (industry standard 0.1ppb), with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C. As a member of the China Semiconductor Industry Association, the product has passed strict certifications by SMIC, BOE and other enterprises.
