Fluoropolymer PFA Lining Sheet

Raw Materials: DuPont or Daikin PFA as the core fluoropolymer, backed with glass fiber cloth.
Process: RANA ensures uniform composite of glass fiber cloth and PFA matrix through "hot-press melting" process.
Core: The "high corrosion resistance + high weather resistance" characteristics of PFA solve the problems of chalking and cracking of traditional fluoropolymer lining Sheets in outdoor environments due to UV radiation and humidity-heat, realizing "indoor-outdoor universal" anticorrosion solutions.

Advantages: Tested by Nanjing Tech University for weather resistance, after 3 years of outdoor exposure in Hainan (strong UV + high humidity environment), the lining Sheet surface shows no cracks or chalking (ordinary PFA Sheets age after 1 year), with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C, and holds the invention patent for Large Chemical Equipment with Internal Repair Anticorrosive Sheets.
Application Scenarios: Used in offshore platform storage tanks (e.g., offshore oilfield crude oil storage tanks), outdoor chemical installations (e.g., open-air reaction kettles), and photovoltaic module cleaning equipment (e.g., outdoor high-pressure cleaning tanks). It has provided solutions for Qiaoli Chemical (Taiwan, China) and AUECC (USA), extending the outdoor service life of equipment from 2 years to 8 years and reducing maintenance costs of frequent replacement.
