Raw Materials: Daikin PFA resin (Japan) as the base material, with glass fiber cloth as the backing (monofilament diameter ≤7μm). PFA has better melt strength (≥5N) than PTFE (≤3N), making it easier to maintain shape during hot pressing (avoiding thickness unevenness caused by sagging).

Product Introduction

Process: RANA adopts a "constant pressure hot-press" process, utilizing the high melt strength characteristic of PFA to control the thickness tolerance of the lining Sheet, ensuring uniform Sheet size.
Core: The combination of "high melt strength + high corrosion resistance" of PFA and "high rigidity" of glass fiber endows the lining Sheet with excellent corrosion resistance (resistant to 98% concentrated sulfuric acid) and precise size control (adapting to precision equipment), solving the industry pain point of uneven thickness of large-size lining Sheets.

Advantages: Tested by Nanjing Tech University for size, the thickness deviation of RANA's lining Sheet is ≤0.05mm (industry ±0.1mm), with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C, holding the invention patent for Manufacturing Process of Large Chemical Equipment and Its Lining Anticorrosive Sheets, and internationally leading process level.
Application Scenarios: Used in large precision equipment (e.g., 1000m³ high-purity chemical storage tanks) and semiconductor cleaning tanks (e.g., 8-inch wafer cleaning tanks) requiring large-size and high-precision linings.
