Product Introduction

Raw Materials: DuPont PTFE resin (USA), with glass fiber cloth as the backing (weaving density ≥300 stitches/inch). The knitted structure has better tensile resistance than plain weave fabric (elongation at break ≥20%).
Process: RANA achieves "molecular-level" bonding between PTFE and glass fiber cloth through hot-press melting process (interface bonding force ≥7N/cm).

Core: The reticular structure of glass fiber cloth can disperse stress, increasing the tensile strength of the lining Sheet to 60MPa (ordinary plain-backed Sheets only 40MPa), while the chemical inertness of PTFE ensures no medium penetration.
Advantages: Verified by a Japanese expert team, it shows no deformation after 1000 hours of continuous operation at 200°C and 0.5MPa pressure (ordinary lining Sheets relax after 500 hours), with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C, and holds the invention patent for Anticorrosive Equipment with Negative Pressure-Resistant Reinforcing Columns.

Application Scenarios: Used in vacuum environment equipment (e.g., vacuum drying ovens) and high-pressure reaction kettles requiring tensile resistance. It has provided solutions for DFDP and Qiaoli Chemical (Taiwan, China), solving the problem of lining Sheet tensile deformation in vacuum/high-pressure environments and increasing equipment operation stability by 40%.
