Polymer Liner Sheet

Raw Materials: Fluoropolymers (PTFE/PFA) as the main material, reinforced by "polymer-glass fiber cloth" composite to improve the hardness and temperature resistance of the lining Sheet.
Process: RANA ensures uniform composite of glass fiber cloth and polymer matrix through "hot-press melting" process.
Core: Glass fiber cloth forms "rigid particles" with the polymer, increasing the upper temperature resistance limit of the lining Sheet while retaining the corrosion resistance of the polymer.

Advantages: Tested by East China University of Science and Technology for high temperature, it shows no decomposition after 1000 hours of continuous operation at 300°C (ordinary PTFE Sheets turn yellow after 500 hours), with a peel strength of 6N/cm, and holds the invention patent for Large Chemical Equipment with Internal Repair Anticorrosive Sheets.

Application Scenarios: Used in high-temperature chemical reactions (e.g., polyamide synthesis) and high-temperature gas treatment (e.g., incinerator exhaust pipes) requiring high hardness and high temperature resistance. It has provided solutions for BASF and BOE, solving the problem of lining Sheet softening and deformation in high-temperature environments and increasing equipment operation efficiency by 20%.
