ECTFE GBK Sheet

Raw Materials: Solvay ECTFE resin (USA), integrally fused with GBK composite fiber cloth. ECTFE has better chlorine resistance (resistant to wet chlorine) than PTFE (easily corroded by wet chlorine), suitable for chlor-alkali industry.
Process: Through "fiber surface activation + hot-press composite" process, the bonding property of ECTFE is improved, with peel strength increased to 6N/cm (ordinary ECTFE Sheets only 4N/cm).
Core: The combination of "high chlorine resistance + high toughness" of ECTFE and "high strength + fatigue resistance" of GBK fiber ensures the lining Sheet remains corrosion-free and fatigue fracture-free in chlor-alkali industrial environments (e.g., electrolyzers, chlorine pipes), ensuring production continuity.
