RANA PVDF lined container is made of a metal base and lined with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material. The lining is tightly bonded to the container through a plate lining process, achieving a bonding strength of at least 5MPa. The key advantage of this design lies in the PVDF's radiation resistance -- it can withstand γ-ray irradiation (up to 100kGy) without degradation, making it ideal for applications requiring radiation sterilization or the storage of radioactive materials, such as the temporary storage of intermediate radioactive drugs.
RANA PVDF lined container is widely used in medical and pharmaceutical applications, such as the temporary storage of radiolabeled drugs, nuclear technology applications, like the collection of radioactive wastewater, and laboratory settings, including the storage of reagents for radiation experiments. RANA PVDF lined interior is non-toxic and meets medical-grade standards (ISO 10993), effectively preventing contamination of the medium. Additionally, the chemical resistance of PVDF (no reaction with dilute nitric acid or sodium hydroxide) ensures it can handle the storage of weakly corrosive media. Unlike ordinary stainless steel containers, PVDF lined containers do not require passivation treatment and can be directly used in radiation environments, making them essential storage solutions for special scenarios.
