PVDF Lined Equipment

RANA PVDF lined equipment includes reactors, heat exchangers, separators, and other process equipment, with metal as the base material and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the lining. The key advantage of this design is the 'ease of processing' of PVDF -- through the plate lining process, it can create complex shapes such as elbows and tees, forming a seamless protective layer that prevents the incomplete coverage of the lining in ordinary plastic equipment due to its complex shape (such as dead zone corrosion).

RANA PVDF lined equipment is widely used in electroplating (such as chromic acid baths), textiles (like dyeing solutions), and daily chemicals (for example, detergent reactions). Its PVDF lining, which is resistant to acids and bases (pH 2-10), can handle most weakly corrosive processes. Additionally, the wear resistance of PVDF (with a wear rate only one-third that of ordinary plastics) allows it to withstand the erosion from particle-containing media, such as mineral slurries, extending the equipment's service life to over 8 years. Compared to PTFE lined equipment, PVDF lined equipment has a lower processing cost and is the preferred choice for weakly corrosive processes.
