ECTFE Lined Containers

RANA ECTFE lined container is a standardized transportation and storage solution, featuring an ISO container frame on the outside and an ECTFE lining on the inside. RANA achieves a tight fit between the lining and the container body through a board lining process. The key advantage of this design lies in the 'salt spray resistance' of ECTFE --, which allows it to withstand long-term exposure to marine climates, such as salt spray and humid conditions. This prevents the aging that can occur with ordinary PTFE linings due to salt spray corrosion, making it ideal for maritime applications, such as transporting raw materials from coastal chemical plants.

RANA ECTFE lined container is widely used in coastal chemical parks (such as liquid alkali transportation), aquaculture (such as sodium hypochlorite transportation), and wastewater treatment (such as polyaluminum chloride transportation). The ECTFE lining, capable of withstanding a 3J impact energy, ensures the safety of the medium during transportation. Additionally, the waterproof design of the container prevents rainwater from seeping in, which could otherwise cause the lining to degrade due to moisture, making it an ideal choice for transporting corrosive media in coastal areas.
