PTFE Lined Tank

RANA PTFE lined tank is suitable for storage applications ranging from small to large scales. It features a composite structure of a metal (carbon steel or stainless steel) shell and a PTFE lining, with a capacity ranging from 50L to 150,000L. This tank is ideal for storing corrosive media in laboratories, small production lines, and large factories. Its key advantage lies in its ability to meet various corrosion resistance requirements -- Despite its compact size, it offers the same level of corrosion resistance as larger equipment, capable of storing strong corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. Additionally, it avoids the risk of deformation that can occur in ordinary plastic tanks (such as PE) at temperatures exceeding 60℃.

RANA PTFE lined tank is widely used in university laboratories (for storing chemical reagents), small chemical plants (for temporary storage of intermediates), electronic component cleaning lines (for storing acid wash solutions), and large chemical plants for the storage and circulation of corrosive liquids. Its mobile design, equipped with casters, allows for flexible placement. The quick-opening manhole facilitates internal cleaning. The inner lining is non-toxic and meets food contact standards (FDA certified), making it suitable for storing food additives such as citric acid. Compared to glass jars, PTFE lined jars offer better impact resistance, reducing the risk of medium leakage from collisions, making them the safe choice for small-scale applications.
