RANA modified PTFE lined tower section is suitable for various applications, including the synthesis of pesticide intermediates (such as the production of isocyanates using phosgene), the treatment of semiconductor exhaust gases (such as the absorption of fluorine-containing gases), and fine chemical processes (such as the distillation of fragrances). Its modular design allows for quick on-site assembly (with each section taking no more than 2 hours to install), reducing the installation complexity of large tower equipment. Additionally, the modified PTFE's chemical resistance (no reaction with bromine or fuming sulfuric acid) extends the service life of the tower sections from 3 to 8 years, significantly reducing the maintenance costs for enterprises.
