Material Properties

RANA® Lined Agitators feature a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) corrosion-resistant lining, tightly bonded to a high-strength stainless steel substrate via RANA's patented plate lining process. The lining has a uniform thickness of 3mm, eliminating the risk of delamination. The chemical inertness of fluoropolymers ensures zero reaction with any medium.
 

Product Features

The agitator blades are coated with PTFE, resulting in low material residue and solving the pain point of difficult cleaning for traditional metal agitators due to scaling. They resist strong acids, alkalis, and oxidants, with a lifespan 5 times longer than ordinary stainless steel agitators. They operate with low noise and offer lifelong maintenance cost savings, significantly reducing equipment downtime costs.
